In our ongoing effort to keep all documents and information accessible to owners, the Board has posted an update regarding the Plaza Deck/Garage Project.
This includes invoices from Valcourt and Biller Reinhart for services rendered through the end of September 2025. In addition the Biller Reinhart Threshold Inspection – Summary Report 03.
Also, the itemized spreadsheet showing expenditures has been updated to reflect invoices.
