Wednesday update ( not in any order )
– TK Elevator came out
o The east elevator needs 3 parts, one of which they can take from the west elevator. The other 2 are on order and if they are in tomorrow the elevator will be up tomorrow. Worse case is the part comes in on Friday and the elevator is up on Friday.
o The east elevator shaft outlet has gone bad and the sump pump is not working, so the elevator shaft fills with ground water. The electrician will be out tomorrow morning to fix that
– The Electrician will also fix outlets in the lobby and Nick’s office as there are no lights and outlets are not working.
– Duke came out and replaced (ie dug out) the box in the group out from and replaced it with a cement one
– Duke also replaced 12 electric meters in the west electrical room. The units affected had power, it is just that the meter died due to the sea water. Those units were getting free electricity b/c of that.
– I plan on finishing contacting owners with cars to make sure insurance claims have been filed. If you haven’t please do so. Also, I plan on getting a release form for owners as many tow trucks can’t get into the garage, due to the height of the garage.
– I am waiting on the info to sign the contract for clean up and should have that signed before the end of today ( just waiting for a call back to clarify one item) , and they will start tomorrow.
